[clas_s&p] Student & Postdoc Representative Elections

Dear Collaborators,

As announced during the Student & Postdoc report today, I will be stepping down as representative after the next collaboration meeting (July 8-11). I will therefore organise elections for this position at the next collaboration meeting.

If you would like to run to be the next representative then please get in touch with me<mailto:tyson at jlab.org> by the next collaboration meeting.

In case we have more than one candidate, I plan to conduct the vote by a show of hands (in person and on zoom). If anyone has any strong disagreements about this then please let me know and I will come up with a more formalised process.
