As you know the next CLAS Collaboration meeting will be held from the 12<sup>th</sup> to the 15<sup>th</sup> of November.</div>

The various working group chairs have sent out emails asking for presentations. If you intend on presenting your work at the collaboration meeting but don't know who to contact then feel free to email me.</div>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">I'd also like to encourage new members of the collaboration or anyone with early preliminary work to consider giving a flash talk which are shorter talks reserved for work in progress.

</span><span style="color: black;">In general this is helpful for yourselves to become more comfortable with presenting at collaboration meetings and also to get early feedback on your work from a wide audience so that you can implement this in your work as

 early as possible. For the collaboration in general such talks are helpful as they allow for a quick overview of the various analyses that are ongoing and their status.</span></div>
