[clas_term] Mailing list name-change and a few reminders!

Dear everyone,

There has been a change in the naming and address of the mailing list
for CLAS Term Members, for which you should have already received an
automated welcome message. It is now the simpler-to-remember

clas_term at jlab.org

The old mailing list no longer exists, so please use this one if you
want to send something round all the students / PostDocs in CLAS.

There are no new announcements, however do keep an eye on the Wiki
updates, especially regarding jobs if you're finishing soon. I have
recently posted a few more PostDoc opportunities there and will try to
update them as any more land in my inbox. Also remember that if you
hear of anything that may be useful to spread around you can use this
mailing list and edit the Wiki.

A reminder about the upcoming Collaboration Meeting 21 - 26 June at
JLab! If you are not yet a Term member but have been working for CLAS
for about six months or so you should talk to your boss / adviser
about being put forward for membership. Membership can only be
approved at a Collaboration Meeting and being a member is important as
your name then starts appearing on papers!

There will be, as usual, a lunchtime meeting to discuss any ideas /
concerns that you may have and to meet any new students and postdocs
who may have joined since the last meeting. I shall send out details
closer to the time.

In the meantime, have a wonderful start to Summer and see many of you soon!
