[clas_term] software upgrade

Hello CLAS termers,
For those of you who were at the last collaboration meeting and attended
the lunch for postdocs and students, we discussed some issues that affect
us specifically. If you recall, we mostly discussed the upgrade of the
Linux system and the lack of help received when asking a question to
certain staff members or collaborators. I have a few of the examples, but
for my 'complaint' to make a difference to those higher up in the
collaboration, I need more specific examples. So I urge you to email me
any negative response you have received from someone with regard to the
upgrade and please do not hit 'respond all'!! No need to name names to
everyone. Also, for those of you who did not attend the meeting, but have
had trouble with the upgrade please let me know.

If we are to make any difference in CLAS6 or CLAS12, I urge you to let me
know. Otherwise, nothing can be done to fix these problems!! I am working
hard to make a difference and provide the help we need.
