Dear Sergio et al,

I was really happy to read this paper. Please consider my comments which I put in order

* pg 1, left, para 1, line 11: Word \'recent\' addressed to the 1983 review sounds controversial. I would omit \'recent\' or rephrase your statement

* pg 1, left, para 1: For the baryon spectroscopy review section, I would add V. Guzey and M.V. Polyakov, ``SU(3) systematization of baryons\", arXiv:hep-ph/0512355. The authors review the spectrum of all baryons with the mass less than approximately 2000-2200 MeV using methods based on the approximate flavor SU(3) symmetry of the strong interaction.

* pg 1, right, para 2, line 2: I think that this statement is trivial and known over years. I do not think that Ref [8] is appropriate here.

* pg 3, right, para 1: I think that FSI is in order. I can expect that you do not have FSI calculations but it is good to mention that fact specifically the contribution factor is unknown.

* pg 3, right, para 5: Your intro has several appropriate theories which you described in details. While you compare your data with predictions of the Regge-3 [29] only. Can you add more details about Regge-3? Why you compare your data with a single theory? The agreement between predictions and data is not really good. What physics this fact allows to learn?

* pg 4, left, para 1, last 2 lines: I am sorry, I missed your point. Could you please clarify?

* Refs [30-32]: I cannot find any tracks for them in the text.

Have a nice holidays
Igor
