This article describes the observed CT effects very well. A good article to introduce the concept and measurement!
One minor item: the formula Q^2=4 E E' sin2\theta_e/2 does not give the photon four-momentum but four-momentum squared. In addition, why is the variable E explained ("E is the beam energy") but not E' or theta_e?
