A very clearly written paper.  I have just a couple of trivial comments: 
p1, l2: add 'the' before 'deep-inelastic'
l6: remove 'the' before 'HERMES' and 'collaboration' after to be consistent with the references to EMC and E665 earlier in the sentence.
