These are very nice results and they should be published asap. I have sent directly to the first authors a scan of my editorial suggestions. Apart from wording changes, the main points are as follows:

1) Figure 1 should be removed. I am uncomfortable with a letter that publishes ONLY HERMES results in Figure 1. It makes sense to include HERMES data on a plot that compares their results to ours, but not to simply quote a HERMES figure. It's a little different if the world data comes from a number of sources, but here there is too much chance for confusion that Figure 1 contains OUR results or that we might be subtly passing off their data as if it were our own.

2) The symbol types in the figures are often hard to read in black and white.

3) There needs to be a better reference in [13] and [17]

4) Estimated systematic uncertainties are simply stated, and one is referred to references that will be nearly impossible for the generic reader to get. The discussion of systematic errors needs more information as to HOW these percentages were determined.

5) This paper needs a table of the RAh results that includes target, observed hadronization product, RAh, stat. error, syst. error, <z>, <Q^2>, <x>, <PT2> for each bin. The model builders will need to know average values of the variables integrated over in order to avoid seeing effects that are no more than kinematic correlations of independent variables.
