The paper is nicely improved, but I have one more comment.

Please correct page 3, left column, last paragraph: "..normalised to according to the number of scatterers in the target ......" . 
The sentence makes no sense as it is. Also begin following sentence with capitalized "Because..". 
 If the paper is meant for a US journal you should change "normalised" to "normalized".
