Dear Kei and Reinhard,

This is a very nice paper, describing a large amount of work. I would hope that it will stimulate new theoretical work on these states. I am glad to see that the analysis has got to this stage.

Typos not already caught by others:

- line 446: "... assuming we ..." -> "... assuming that we ..."

- line 544: "... quark-model $\Sigma$ state ... " -> "... quark-model $\Sigma$ states ... "

- line 599: need a space between $c^2$ and "are"

- could you please add "the United Kingdom's Science and Technology Facilities Council" to the acknowledgments?
