Nice work. Some minor items:

Some format things: For the Physical Review family of journals, only the initial word of a heading for a subtitle is capitalized (i.e., "Fiducial cuts" not "Fiducial Cuts"). 
The super-heading on Figure 6 needs to be removed, and axes labels in Figures 6 - 13 should not be italicized. 

On page 6, I would suggest introducing equation 5 with just "...are calculated using"; the colon should not be used to introduce an equation. On page 7, equation 6 should not use "as follows" but rather say "For this work, the differential cross section for the process will be given as"
