I think the paper is clear and well written. Congratulation. 
I have only the following esthetical corrections:
- we always (both in the text and figures) give intervals and bins without indicating which of the end-points is included. We should better use \geq and/or \leq.
- line 170: here we use for the first time PDG and we could give it in full.
- line 724: … ITS creation, …
- line 735: …may now BE more closely studied
- line 770: -- > CLAS Collaboration. The same happens at lines 817, 821, 823, and 831.
- line 804: -- > LEPS Collaboration
