Most of the typos I spotted have been caught by other reviewers. I have a couple of additional comments:

* Page 7, last paragraph: You state that there appears to be a peak at E_gamma \approx 2.2 GeV for the most forward angle. In my view this is too strong a statement; there is only one data point fluctuating upwards. I would remove the remark.

* Please add "the United Kingdom's Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC)" to the acknowledgments.

* Page 15, reference [18] should cite the latest PDG from 2012.
