Dear Mac and Kijun,

On the HWG meetings, we discussed this project several times.  Please CLAS correct me if I forgot  - I do not remember any positive reaction.  Some progress is visible but your scaling claim still has no prove. Your bands on Figs 1 and 2 are too broad. Overall it is unclear what all is about, why you do ratios, not absolute cross sections, how you measured what is unmeasurable, u-bar-u/d-bar-d.  Systematics of your ratios is unclear to me. I do not think that one can possible to consider this paper for PRL and let me suggest to allow you to publish this paper by your own, not by the CLAS Collaboration, if you wish.
