I did not read the paper carefully, but here are a few items I noticed.  (It is a pleasure to give Dan Carman detailed comments for a change [not that I have a lot].)

1) l21: add 'for' before 'previously'.  Perhaps you also want to replace 'can' with 'might'
2) Fig 4: Panel C is listed as 'MM(eK)' but described in the caption as 'MM^2(eKp)'
3) On a related note: why are plotting the missing mass *squared* versus the missing mass?  Why is one squared and the other not?
4) line 303: "-0.02" should be in math mode to get a minus sign rather than an n-dash
5) l736: 'is able to' -> 'can'
