Overall, very nice paper. Here are a few suggestions.
page 1
line 54, suggestion: ...ratio are statistically limited and unable to constrain the TPE contribution [21-24].
line 66, move "simultaneously": ....This let us cover simultaneously a wide range....., where tau=Q2/4Mp2. By...
line 70, suggestion: ...cross sections at the same time, luminosity....

Eq 1, 2. Considerable space is given to the approximation in (1) and (2), seeming to emphasize an unimportant point, as the equation without approximation is not too cumbersome to use directly. Eq. 2 is perhaps useful since it exhibits the primary dependence of the ratio on the radiative correction terms. The accuracy of the approximation is also not elaborated, but it underestimates the main eq systematically, I assume by a percent or so. Given that so many other corrections at this level are described in detail, one may wish to add a note to address this.
Fig 2. Quality is poor, suggest replace for clarity and enlarge slightly to occupy the full column width.

line 34, repeated be be
line40, suggestion: ...amplitude using ONLY the elastic....
page 5
line 12-13 move to 18. I suggest the sentence "However, those calculations....[14,34]" be moved to after the next sentence, namely after "...polarized measurements."
