Hello Kijun,
I'm very late with looking at your paper, and I'm sorry not to have read it very closely before the deadline. I have just two comments, based on a quick reading.
1) I echo Sebastian's concern that the distinction between "quark contributions" and "non-quark contributions" is not well defined. Why not just say that the model fails to reproduce the experimental data? Your wording suggests that you have seen an effect that cannot be described in any way with quarks, which is not what I think you want to say.
2) Your Figure 2 is a typical poorly-drawn hard-to-read sketch of the electron scattering kinematics. If I were you, I would take a little time and make a nicer figure, one that is easier for the reader to visually parse. I will send you an sample of what I mean by separate email.
Cheers,
Reinhard
