Dear Reinhard,
Thank you very much for your corrections. I implemented all of them. I 
changed the paragraph about the connection between formulas to be more 
consistent, but couldn't include the example. The formulas for 
dependence of structure functions on the convolutions are really long 
and I am afraid if I can fit them into the paper.
The corrected draft will be distributed shortly.
