Dear Volker:
I am implementing all comments to this paper now. To answer your comment concerning "Color online", my plan is:
1) Most results figures are b/w in both print and online, they should not show "Color online".
2) Some figures have to be printed in color, such as histograms showing dilution analysis or the "dot"-plot showing e/pi separation. They are expensive, but I can't find a good way to generate these figures that can show well in print without using color.
Since these figures will be printed in color, there is no need to say "Color online".
3) Therefore, I am using "color online" only for figures that are b/w in print and are color online, AND if the color is important. (For example Fig.1 may not need to say "color online").
Does this sound reasonable?
Thanks,
Xiaochao

Subject: OPT-IN: Measurement of Target and Double-spin Asymmetries for ep->epi+(n) Reaction in the Nucleon Resonance Region at Low Q2
This is a very well written paper with a lot of physics content.
Here are a few comments:
General:
1) Please add all data points to the CLAS physics data base before submission to the arXiv.
2) All figures with color need to include Fig.xxx (color online). Currently only Fig.1 to Fig.4 have that included.
3) On several places (abstract, headline in line 606, ...) the process is described as "semi-inclusive".
Since you write the process as "ep->epi+(n)", i.e. we know the final state, it should really be "exclusive"
("semi-inclusive" would be ep->epi+X).
Specific:
line 23: add more recent review reference: I.G. Aznauryan, V.D. Burkert, Prog.Part.Nucl.Phys. 67 (2012), 1-54
line 227: "spectrometer" is misspelled
line 526: if may be better to write "..and this effect is quantified (or described) as dilution factor."
line 810: "logarithmically" is misspelled.
That's all,
Volker
