Dear lead authors, this is a nice paper and I have only a few minor comments.

page 2, left col, line 1: the text "of 10^-3 E_0" should be moved below the figure, it is otherwise easily missed. 

page 2, section B. 
1) "good luminosity" is not a good term, maybe use "high luminosity"
2) the phrase  "..was used for both g13a." is incomplete sentence. 

page 6, left col, section 2. Four track background. 
1) The text beginning with "One could imagine" and ending with " a peak at the kaon or Lambda mass".
 should be rewritten. Currently it sounds like we are not sure what physical backgrounds may contribute. 
 The qualitative discussion is not very helpful. Just define the background channels that need to be 
 considered and simulated, and then show the simulation and their contributions (or absence of) to the signal.  

2) Fig. 9, bottom panel. The statistics in this graph does not seem to correspond with the one in the top panel.
  It may be better to show the raw (not subtracted) graph with full statistics, and the background subtracted 
  graphs rather than just the low statistics samples. 

3)  right col. bottom: replace "where" with "were".  

page 12, left col., last para: " Fig. ?? clearly ..". Is it Fig.18, right panel ?

page 13: left col., line 1: Replace N(1900) with N(1900)3/2^+.    
    
page 17, References: several references are not complete or are not publicly accessible.
