On the contrary, other programs are in capitals, i.e. FORTAN and PYTHIA on the same line, and GSIM and GEANT 7 lines below. Other times, the same program is written in capitals (it is the case of KAON-MAID, in the abstract and at 8/r/1/7) or lower-case (Kaon-Maid at 9/r/1/9 and in the caption of Figs. 15 and 18), or all lower-case (kaonmaid in ref [4]). I suggest writing the same way all names of the programs.

8/r/2/12: 'PWA' is only defined in the Abstract.

9/Fig.13: the shadowed area in the panels are not described in the text.

9/r/: one should mention Table III somewhere in the text.
