Thanks for your comment. I think that we have not been careful enough with
the wording.

The accuracy of the energy center of an E-bin was typically within 0.1 MeV
(see CLAS-NOTE 2009-030 at
https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/Physics/Hall-B/clas/viewFile.cfm/2009-030.pdf?documentId=605).
The resolution is determined by the E-bin width and is much larger than
what is reported.

We will fix this.
