Dear Evgeny et al., 

This is a nice, clearly written paper with useful results. I have just a couple of comments:

- Table 2: Visually, this table would look better if the data in the columns are aligned to the \pm sign. Also, all the numbers should be quoted to the same number of decimal places, for consistency. (The LaTeX "booktabs" package is helpful for making good-looking tables.)

- Please also include 'United Kingdom's Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC)' in the acknowledgments. For future reference, there is a boilerplate acknowledgment list at the bottom of the file generated by the "GetAuthors" link to the draft paper (it is just commented out).
