Dear Authors/Analyzers
thanks for this interesting and well written paper. It's beautiful to see finally these results close to be published!
I have some remarks about the comparisons in Fig.2. Here you compare the 1D CLAS12 results with those of HERMES, COMPASS and CLAS.
It is not clear to me why you are using for this comparison the "old" Hermes results (ref. [24], 2007) rather than the new ones (ref. [27], 2019), that you also quote in the bibliography (but only mention in the introduction). The data tables of the latest Hermes results are provided in the appendix of the paper, and so easy to use.
Furthermore, it appears that even the "old" Hermes results shown in Fig. 2 have been somehow manipulated, and differ from those in ref. [24]. Here I assume that the values have been somehow rescaled to compensate for the kinematical prefactor (such to obtain a pure ratio of structure functions). However, I could not find any mention to these manipulations either in the paragraph introduciong Fig.2 or in the figure caption. Any data manipulation, if done, should be mentioned and motivated in the paper.
Luciano
