OPT-IN:Differential cross sections for Î(1520) using photoproduction at CLAS

Dear Utsav and Ken,

This is a very nice paper. I have one comment on the systematic uncertainty associated with the photon flux in Table I, an item you list as "luminosity" with a reference to the general CLAS-g12 analysis note. I acknowledge that the flux uncertainty is listed as 1.7% in Table 27 of our note. However, I believe we also agreed (and Eugene Pasyuk confirmed this in an email) that this number had to be a typo. We list the flux uncertainty as 5.7% in our recent g12 eta paper, which is consistent with the statement on Page 94 of the CLAS-g12 analysis note (last sentence before Chapter 5): "[...] we should stick to the currently quoted lower bound of the systematic uncertainty for the g12 normalization of 5.7%." The number in the table is likely 5.7% instead of 1.7% ... I have never participated in a photoproduction experiment that would quote such a low normalization uncertainty.
