Thank you for your comments, they are incorporated in the paper (new
version attached). One quick comment in regards to the 2):

Good point, we received a very similar suggestion from the internal paper
review committee and also from Reinhard Schumacher. I omit the first two
sentences in the introduction paragraph, and start it with "Hadron
formation is...". We are still considering a modification to the original
one but we are not yet sure  how to frame it, perhaps, we will leave it at
the current version.
