A nice and very comprehensive paper. I have one suggestion: Most of the systematic uncertainties that you discuss under "scale-type Systematics" are really strongly dependent on kinematics (i.e., bin) - pi- and pair symmetric contamination, magnetic field effects, etc. I understand that you just CHOOSE to treat those as overall scale errors by using an upper limit for all bins for a constant error, but that should perhaps be explained a bit better at the beginning of that section. The only "true" scale errors are due to FC, target length and density, trigger efficiency, dead-time etc.
I am also wondering why you spend many words to explain your comparison between Hall C and CLAS12, but no plot to SHOW that comparison, similar to Fig. 27
