[Cneutrondetector] phone meeting: Thursday at 4PM?

Hello all,
following several emails I received, I propose a change of time for our 
Thursday phone meeting: 4PM French time, which means 10AM JLab time and 
3PM UK time. This is done in order to allow people at JLab (namely 
Raffaella) to take part in the meeting.
Those who had told me they were available for Thursday morning, let me 
know if this new schedule still can suit you.
We also have to organize the conference phone number. Usually we use 
Raffaella's Genova number, but if she's at JLab and no one else is in 
Genova this solution might not work. 
Raffa, what about using one of JLab's codes?
