[Color_transp] Run 2023

[Latif]

Hi Deepak,

I double checked my run list against yours. However, I could not detect 
any other run that I missed. Can you please specify which runs you are 
referring to?

As I and John mentioned, we are skipping junk runs. I saw junk run in 
your list (run#2422).
