Dear All,

We have started physics production for the CT experiment in the 12 GeV
era from early this morning. We will be running a lots of analysis
on-the-fly to ensure the quality of the data.

All of our analysis codes are now centralized and version controlled
from the Github repository: https://github.com/JeffersonLab/CT12GeV

There is also a dedicated software page linked to this repo:
https://jeffersonlab.github.io/CT12GeV/

You can also go to these pages from the CT wiki page.

Everyone is encouraged to push their contributions to this repository.

An installed version can be found under /work/hallc/e1206107/CT. But
this directory is not necessarily the most updated one (since we are
running from different machines and pushing all updates to Github
directly). For most updated version download/pull from Github.

I am working on a common CTRun class, so that we do not need to setup
branches and define common variables and cuts in every script. I will
add more examples and instructions as I make more progress/development.

Regards,

Latif
