[Color_transp] hcana and hallc_replay updated under CT12GeV

Hi Deepak,

I have given everyone read-write permission for the `.git` directory. In 
theory I thought this should work. However I could not test it, since it 
requires another JLab and Github account apart from mine. If it does not 
work, please stop by my desk and we can work together or find another 
way to update.
