[Color_transp] new simc rootfiles

Hi all,

The new SIMC rootfiles are
in: /lustre/expphy/volatile/hallc/comm2017/e1206107/ROOTfiles/new_simc_rootfiles/

There is a README.md file that explains the structure of the rootfiles. The
input files I'm using to generate these rootfiles are in my ifarm
at: /u/home/bhetuwal/simc_gfortran/infiles/

I have used the newest available Eb and target parameters values to run the
simc for our kinematics.

Please feel free to ask or let me know if there is something more to do.
