[Color_transp] updated ct_replay

Hi all,

I've updated ct_replay directory with the most recent updates in MAPS and
PARAM files. I've double checked to confirm the changes made by
Holly/Latif/John are still there. Please let me know if I've somehow messed
up with your changes.

In addition to the MAPS and PARAM files that were not updated in ct_replay
earlier, we need to be careful to check PARAM/GEN/gscalers.param file to
get the same charge yield and efficiencies from data taking period.

For Q2 of 8.01, 14.01 and 11.50, we were using old BCM parameters to
calculate the charge yield where as for Q2 of 9.5 (except Heep check runs -
these runs were taken earlier), the updated BCM parameters were used.
