Hi all,

I uploaded some slides and plots to the elog.
https://hallcweb.jlab.org/elogs/Color+Transparency/30

The first topic is hadd-ing pass2 rootfiles. Some of the runs aren't on
/volatile, so I'll replay them again. I just need to roll back my ct_replay
to the appropriate commit. The pass2 rootfiles look like they were created
on March 22 2019, so I believe I should use Deepak's March 21st commit.

The second topic is estimates of BCM averages per run. I use three
different ways to define a trip, and compare the averages they yield (slide
6). Slides 7 through 15 look at particular runs' BCM4A scaler current reads
to try to understand how these averages are affected by beam stability.

The elog entry has a PDF of the BCM4A scaler read plots for every LH2 run.
The "i" axis on the bottom is scaler read index. So these are plots of
current vs time.
