[Color_transp] CT efficiency by collimator

Hi all,

Attached is the efficiency I get for different collimators. The biggest
discrepancies are:

C12 Q^2=14.3 SHMS tracking: about 2.5% lower for pion collimator
LH2 Q^2=9.5 SHMS tracking: about 0.5% lower for pion collimator
