[Color_transp] pass3

Hi all,

I just did a replay of all our coincidence data using Deepak's PARAM
updates from yesterday.

The root files are in /volatile/hallc/comm2017/e1206107/ROOTfiles/pass3
The report output is in
/volatile/hallc/comm2017/e1206107/REPORT_OUTPUT/COIN/PRODUCTION/pass3

I made an executive decision in calling it pass3, but we can bump it back
to 2.5 or something if we prefer :)
