[Color_transp] New CT pass

Hi all,

It looks like our coin time is offset in this pass. I was coming up with 0 good events for everything so I checked all the cuts, and it seems like there is some offset or something that messed up the coin time. Does anyone know what changed? I usually place this cut at +/-2.5. I could probably just put an offset into my cuts for now. I’ve spot checked runs from a few different settings, and it looks like the same offset around 10.
