[Color_transp] SHMS track stub linking parameters

Hello all

Attached is a study of the SHMS tracking efficiency as a function of the
stub linking parameters. The four plots show the effect of fixing 3 of the
4 parameters and varying the 4th.

The highest value I get is 0.8402 with xt=20, xpt=0.4, yt=7, ypt=0.4.

With the parameters wide open (xt=100, xpt=1, yt=20, ypt=1) we get 0.9041
as we see in cell J11 of Deepak's pass2 spreadsheet.

So there's likely a better region of parameter space than what I scanned.
