[Color_transp] [EXTERNAL] BCM currents in the spreadsheets

Hi all,

I checked the average BCM currents in CT_foodruns_Final sheet as well as
the 2 that Deepak sent out the other day. We are indeed using the average
currents I calculated that take into account beam instability.

I will be uploading "reduced charges" for each run using this correction as
soon as I iron out why a few of the runs have very large charges.
