[Color_transp] [EXTERNAL] Re: Pictures and captions done

Hi All,
I have finished going over the text and I had to rearrange the sections a
bit. Please take a look at the new structure and let me know what you think.

But more importantly, I see a few very important sections which are
missing. We need  a section on the detector efficiencies and a section on
target boiling (these can go just before the section of simulation).
We also need a section on systematic uncertainties and how they are
determined, this can go just after the proton absorption section and the
table of syst. errors should be moved into this section. The syst.
uncertainty section can easily be modeled on what was said in the PRL, just
with few  more details.

Deepak and Carlos could you please work on getting these 3 new sections
into the paper.
Once those are done I think we should be ready to send to Rolf.

A few references and a definition of missing energy is also missing.

We should still meet at 5:00 PM as planned.
