[Cps] CPS Talk at the Hall A/C Summer Meeting

this sounds good to me, and thanks Bogdan!

I guess beyond CPS itself we should also at some time check with Hall C where they are with other design preparations, given the infrastructure changes needed now that these experiments were planned to be installed more downstream of the pivot. The Halls A/C meeting is a good venue to start this discussion. So it is good that there is this CPS talk/update.

Hello everyone,

We received the invitation below for a talk on the CPS at the Hall A/C Summer Meeting (see email below). Bogdan kindly volunteered to give this talk.

Since things have been quite hectic lately and there hasn't been time for us to meet, I would suggest that we discuss/agree on the speaker through email. Could you please let me know by the end of the week if you have any objections for Bogdan to give this talk and if so any alternative speaker suggestions?

Hello,

I am inviting the CPS group to give an in person talk at the Hall A/C summer meeting (15th/16th of July) with the tentative topic/title of -

"A Compact Photon Source for JLab"

in the "Hall A/C - New Technologies, Tools and Techniques" session.

The meeting will be held at Jefferson Lab and this session is currently scheduled for 0900-1200 on the 16th of July.

Please let me know if you would be willing to give this talk and who the speaker would be. If you have any changes you would like to propose to the title or content of the talk then please let me know.

Additionally, let me know if the data and time of the session poses any problems.
