[Cst_pnt] CostPoint Shutdown from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm

We need to perform CostPoint maintenance today.  The system will be 
taken down at noon and should be back up by approximately 2:00pm

All users must be signed off completely.  Please plan accordingly.
