[Cst_pnt] Terminal server profile changes - March 21

Currently, all users are using the same profiles (i.e, desktop, 
documents, printers, ...etc) for both Costpoint Remote servers and JLAB 
Terminal Servers.  For security reasons, we are separating profiles from 
JLAB Terminal servers for Costpoint users.

Starting  March 21, when you login to COSTPOINT Remote servers, all your 
settings will still be same (i.e, desktop, documents, printers, ...etc). 
*However, when you login to JLABTS, it will act like you never logged in 
before, hence you will need to recreate printers and favorites. *

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this step is necessary to better 
protect our sensitive information. 

_*If you have any favorite sites saved on JLABTS servers, you will need 
save them PRIOR to 5:00 March 20 to your J drive.*_

Please see below for an instruction of how to export ans import your 
bookmarks or favorites.


Below is procedure of exporting and importing bookmarks from the current 
JLABTS servers
and importing them back into JLABTS after the change on Wednesday.

_To export your favorites:_
Please Login to JLABTS remote servers

       * IE - Select Favorites,
        click on down arrow next to "Add to Favorites..."
        Click on Import and Export...
       Click on Export to file - click Next
       Check Favorites - click next
       Click Next
         Browse to locate your J drive and Temporary folder
       Name of file will be "bookmark" or you can change it to "favorites"
       Save
       Export
       Finish
       *Remember where you save this file - you will need it to import 
it on Wednesday

* 
    * Firefox - Select Bookmarks from menu bar, select Organize
      Bookmarks, Import and Backup, Backup... and save it to J drive

_To import your favorites to the JLABTS on Wednesday_

       Follow the same steps as above only choose "import"
       locate the file you saved on Tuesday
       Import

Remember to properly log out of the JLABTS servers - DO NOT just "X" out 
in order to save your settings.
