[Cst_pnt] CostPoint Year-End Updates

CostPoint will be taken down at 5:00PM today in order to apply the year 
end updates.

Please be sure you are logged out using the door at the top left corner 
of the menu screen prior to 5PM.

  It is expected that Costpoint will be available later tonight after 
the normal backup process.
