[Cst_pnt] Cost Point Maintenance Day

Today is the monthly Maintenance Day and Cost Point will be coming down 
at 5:00 PM.  Please log out of Cost Point no later than 5:00 PM so that 
we can get our needed maintenance accomplished by the MIS group.
