[Cst_pnt] System Updates / Patches this Evening

All, 

This evening, IT will be loading patches on most systems including our servers. Please be sure to do the following: 


    * Exit Costpoint by 6:00pm to insure everything is closed down properly. 
    * Log out of your computer tonight to allow the patches to install and reboot your system. 
    * Over the next few days, please reboot your computer on your way out to finish all patch installations. 
    * If/when you have problems with Costpoint/T&E, do not forget to clear your cache. Please note that you may need to do this a few times if the patches require multiple reboots. 
    * All automated cost reporting processes will be stopped (including the Property Autocreate function). The cost reporting functions will be manually calculated this evening to allow for the population of the web reports.
