[Cst_pnt] Web Report Did Not Run / updated

My apologies, 

I failed to restart the Cost Processing service after they were turned off for the system updates Tuesday night; as such the process to generate the web reports did not kick off. I have asked Kari to re-run the web reports process this morning...
