[Cst_pnt] T&E Upgrade Complete

All,

The Time & Expense Upgrade into Costpoint is complete....  There appears to be a more recurring problem with needing to clear cache, if the system hangs.....It predominately happens outside of the BSN network (e.g. when you do not use the standard Deltek URL)......  So we'll be working on it to see if we can determine what the cause may be...
