[Cst_pnt] Quick Costpoint Outage Tonight at 7:00pm

Hey everyone,

As part of our Year End reporting requirements, we need to install a patch tonight to fix a bug in the 1099 reporting system.  Costpoint will be going down for about 20 minutes starting at 7:00pm tonight.  Please save and exit before this time to avoid data loss...
