[Cst_pnt] Costpoint Update Complete

Hey Everyone,

The Costpoint update has been completed.  Costpoint should be available for use at this time.  Please remember, should you find issues logging in or while operating, please clear your cache (make sure you select to clear everything for all time), shut down your browser and then restart and go back into Costpoint.
